Short on time, but still want to take advantage of the awesome Convention programming? Only pay for one day! One-day registrations are available for $275. You can use a one-day registration to attend the events on either Friday, June 16; Saturday, June 17; or Sunday, June 18. If you would like an expanded preconference experience, consider registering for Precon Plus—an option that allows you to attend your choice of two full preconferences plus all of Friday’s Main Convention programming for one flat rate! In addition to the standard preconference programming, Precon Plus includes the Convention Opening Keynote & Luncheon, two sets of concurrent sessions, and the Friday evening Opening Reception.
PRECONFERENCE REGISTRANTS ALSO ATTENDING ANNUAL CONVENTION
Take up to $90 off the preconference rate when you purchase Preconference and Convention registrations together.
MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS FOR PRECONFERENCE ATTENDEES!
All professional members of Americans for the Arts can save an extra $50 on their Preconference fees. See the registration form for Member rates.
A variety of scholarship opportunities are available to attend the convention. Americans for the Arts is offering a limited number of scholarships to arts leaders. You will also find that many statewide and regional arts agencies offer scholarships for people in their service areas to attend the Convention. Visit our scholarship page for details on these opportunities.
Americans for the Arts is pleased to offer a limited number of volunteer opportunities to help offset the cost of the convention registration fees for current Americans for the Arts professional members. Volunteers who work during the Convention receive a discounted registration rate of $275 for the full Convention. However, in order to be considered you must register at the prevailing Convention rate. You will be reimbursed post-Convention for the difference after successful completion of your volunteer duties.
Please note: Volunteers will be given assignments prior to arrival. However, Americans for the Arts reserves the right to change or make new assignments as needed. Volunteer recipients must submit a social security number or a Federal ID number in order to receive their reimbursement.
The deadline for the volunteer applications is April 12, 2017.
