Cut Housing Costs - Get a Roommate!

Cut your housing costs in half! Interested in sharing a room with another conference attendee to help reduce the cost of attending the convention? Just mark the Roommate Referral Box on the registration form and we'll send you a list of other interested attendees.

To be eligible for the program, your registration form must be received no later than April 8, 2016. Hotel rooms fill fast so we suggest that all attendees make housing arrangements when they register and once a roommate is identified, cancel the reservation that is no longer needed.

Volunteer

Americans for the Arts is pleased to offer a limited number of volunteer opportunities to help offset the cost of the convention registration fees for current Americans for the Arts professional members. Volunteers who work during the Convention receive a discounted registration rate of $250 for the full Convention. You will be reimbursed post-Convention for the difference after successful completion of your volunteer duties.

Please note: Volunteers will be given assignments prior to arrival. However, Americans for the Arts reserves the right to change or make new assignments as needed. Volunteer recipients must submit a social security number or a Federal ID number in order to receive their reimbursement.
