This interactive self-discovery workshop guides participants through a linear, three-step process to complete a personal mission statement that will impact the way you work, lead, and live your life.

She is the founder of Thurman Consulting and the co-author of How to Become a Nonprofit Rockstar, 50 Ways to Accelerate Your Career. Rosetta holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Management from Trinity Washington University and a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Virginia Commonwealth University. Rosetta has also taught leadership and nonprofit management courses as an Adjunct Professor in the School of Professional Studies at Trinity Washington University. She is proud to be a member of the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network and the Young Entrepreneurs Council. In her free time, Rosetta writes poetry and eats way too many desserts. She also tweets.
