How do we create stable physical spaces for arts and cultural organizations to facilitate equitable urban transformation? Visit and learn from the success stories of CounterPulse, the luggage store, Root Division, Women’s Audio Mission and the Center for New Music, and how the city in partnership with CAST and Northern California Community Loan Fund made it possible.
