Ramona is a consultant, educator, and speaker with a national practice in the nonprofit arts. As a consultant, she works primarily in areas of arts management, planning, and change.  She has lectured on the arts throughout the U.S. as well as in China, Russia, Australia, and Northern Ireland.  She has served as the chief administrator for nonprofit arts organizations for 25 years, and has worked in all areas of the arts including arts councils, theatre companies, and performing and visual arts venues.  Ramona has supervised capital construction, initiated and developed grants programs, funding and scholarship programs, arts marketing research, arts education programs, cultural tourism initiatives, and public art programs. She has been involved in public policy at all levels of government. In addition to her consulting practice, she is also Director of the Master of Arts in Arts Administration Program (MAAA) at Goucher College. She has an M.F.A. in Arts Management from Florida State University, and a B.F.A. in Theatre from the University of Texas.  She resides in Indianapolis, IN.
