"Lulani Arquette is the President and CEO of the Native Arts and Cultures Foundation, a national organization dedicated to supporting the diversity of artistic and cultural expression in American Indian, Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian communities. With offices in the Pacific Northwest, the foundation provides support to Native artists, organizations, and communities across the nation. Arquette brings over 25 years of professional experience steering organizations to their highest creativity and potential, advocating for cultural perpetuation, and catalyzing change in communities. A founder of the Hawai`i Leadership Center, with degrees in Political Science and Drama & Theatre, she has performed in stage productions, television shows, written and produced film projects. She is currently a board member for Grantmakers In the Arts, and past board service includes the National Insight Center for Community Economic Development, Hawai`i Capitol Culture District, Organization of Women Leaders and the Council for Native Hawaiian Advancement.
