Leticia Rhi Buckley is renowned for her dynamic leadership in driving innovation, engagement and diversity within the arts. Through a strategic, integrated and branded approach to marketing and communications, Ms. Buckley has championed record-breaking publicity, outreach, and revenue for organizations including the Los Angeles County Arts Commission, Cirque Du Soleil and The Music Center.

Before championing branding and marketing for major cultural organizations, Ms. Buckley launched a boutique marketing and PR firm specializing in Latino outreach and engagement. During this time, she was featured on KTLA’s “Making It: Minority Success Stories” and voted by Hispanic Magazine as one of the “100 Most Successful Hispanic Women” in the industry.

Ms. Buckley is dedicated to making the arts accessible and inclusive for diverse audiences and is currently spearheading a countywide initiative to improve equity and inclusion within LA County arts and culture organizations. She serves on the L.A. Tourism Marketing Committee, the Southern California Leadership Network Development and Marketing Committee, and the advisory committee of the LatinXperience Study, a research study supported by the James Irvine Foundation. Ms. Buckley received her B.A. in political science from Loyola Marymount University and is a recent fellow of the Leadership L.A. program.  She resides in downtown Los Angeles with her music-composer husband, raising two kind, funny and creative children.
