This includes managing the Business Committee for the Arts and The National Arts and Business Impact Awards gala. Prior to this, she served as Director of Arts and Business Council of NY. Under her leadership, the council strengthened and expanded visibility for the Diversity in Arts Leadership Internship Program (DIAL), which led to the current national expansion of the program to two additional cities as well as a mid-career DIAL Labs pilot program. Prior to joining the council, Amy worked in Finance at Neuberger Berman where she was instrumental in building a new line of business and volunteered with the Neuberger Berman Foundation, leading corporate volunteer and employee engagement initiatives. Amy received her B.A. degree in Art Therapy from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and has had a lifelong passion for the arts. A trained dancer and painter, she maintains an artistic practice in her free time.
