Tabletop Exhibiting


Make a personal connection with attendees through a table top exhibit, which includes one comp conference registration and additional discounted registrations and starts at $1,850. The deadline to reserve a table top exhibit is May 7. 

Tabletop Exhibit benefits include:

  • One 6-foot skirted table, two chairs and electricity
  • First-come, first-served choice of booth placement
  • One complimentary registration and two discounted registrations ($300/ea)
  • Placement in the conference program, app, website and a promotional email
  • Attendee list (PDF only; attendees' names, titles, companies)

Program Advertising


Gain brand visibility with a full-color ad in the onsite program. Various sizes and placements, ranging from $1,000 to $2,500, are designed to fit your desired visibility and budget. The deadline to submit an advertisement contract is April 8.


Digital Advertising

Connect with attendees through a suite of digital ad opportunities, including app and web advertising.


Reach arts leaders across multiple touchpoints leading up to and during the Annual Convention! The Annual Convention package includes a table top exhibit, program ad, online and app advertising, and can be customized to match your business needs. The new Public Art package offers advertisers a table top exhibit at the Public Art Preconference, program ad, web and email advertising.
