The Annual Convention offers your organization the unique opportunity to connect with more than 1,000 decision makers, stakeholders and leaders from the arts field, including artists, patrons, planners, foundation and corporate representatives, elected officials, and community leaders.



Tabletop Exhibiting

Make a personal connection with attendees through a tabletop exhibit at the Public Art Preconference or Main Annual Convention--or exhibit at both events for a special bundled rate!

Tabletop Exhibit benefits include:

  • One 6-foot skirted table, two chairs and electricity
  • One complimentary registration and two discounted registrations ($300/ea)
  • Placement in the conference program, app, website and a promotional email
  • Attendee list (PDF only; attendees' names, titles, companies, email addresses)
  • Eligible for a 10 percent discount on program advertising

Program Advertising

Gain brand visibility with a full-color ad in the onsite program. Various sizes and placements, ranging from $1000 to $2,500, are designed to fit your desired visibility and budget. The deadline to submit an advertisement contract is April 9.

Digital Advertising

Connect with attendees through a suite of digital ad opportunities, including app, email, and web advertising.

Annual Convention Package

Reach arts leaders across multiple touchpoints leading up to and during Annual Convention! The Annual Convention package includes a table top exhibit, program ad, online and app advertising for $3,000, and can be customized to match your business needs.

Onsite Advertising  

Give your brand premiere visibility with onsite advertising opportunities at the Hyatt Regency, home of
the 2018 Annual Convention! Placements include advertising panes, elevator wraps and column wraps
near and around Centerstage and the Annual Convention sessions. Opportunities are limited so
