Location & Hours

All main conference sessions will be held in the Annual Convention headquarters, the Sheraton Boston Hotel.

CenterStage, which houses registration, exhibitors, the bookstore, and networking breaks, will be located in the Grand Ballroom Foyer on the 2nd Floor, beginning Thursday, June 16 at 7:30 a.m.

The 21st Century Community Visions preconference begins at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 16 and goes through 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 17. This preconference will take place at the Sheraton Boston Hotel, the Convention headquarters.

The Arts Leadership preconference begins at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 16 and goes through 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 17. This preconference will take place at the Sheraton Boston Hotel, the Convention headquarters.

The Public Art preconference begins at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 16 and goes through 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 17. This preconfrence will take place at the Sheraton Boston Hotel, the Convention headquarters.
 

When You Get There

1.    ARTventure Tours: Tickets for ARTventure Tours are still available and for sale at the Registration kiosk in CenterStage. Tickets are sold on a first-come-first-served basis, so don't delay!
 

2.    Wi-fi Accessibility: All Convention attendees will have access to wireless internet in CenterStage, session rooms, plenary rooms and guest rooms.
 

3.    Guidebook: Go mobile at Convention! Download the Guidebook mobile app to your phone or tablet and follow "Americans for the Arts Annual Convention 2016" and you will have access to the schedule, exhibitors, social media, maps of Chicago, and more.
