Location & Hours

All main conference sessions will be held in the Annual Convention headquarters, the Hilton San Francisco Union Square Hotel.

CenterStage, which houses registration, exhibitors, the bookstore, and networking breaks, will be located on the Ballroom Level in the East Lounge in front of the Continental Ballroom beginning Thursday, June 15 at 7:30 a.m.

The preconferences will take place Thursday, June 15 - Friday, June 16, followed by the main conference sessions Friday, June 16 - Sunday, June 18. For more information, view the Schedule At-A-Glance.

The Racial Equity Preconference begins at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 15 and goes through 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 16. This preconference will take place at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square Hotel, the Convention Headquarters.

The Public Art | Expanding the Ecosystem Preconference begins at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 15 and goes through 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 16. This preconference will take place at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square Hotel, the Convention Headquarters.

When You Get There

1.    ARTventure Tours: Tickets for ARTventure Tours are still available and for sale at the Registration kiosk in CenterStage. Tickets are sold on a first-come-first-served basis, so don't delay!
 

2.    Wi-Fi Accessibility: All Convention attendees will have access to wireless internet in CenterStage, session rooms, plenary rooms and guest rooms.
 

3.    AMERICANS FOR THE ARTS APP! To access the Annual Convention's digital, mobile friendly program, get the Americans for the Arts Event app. Search for Americans for the Arts in your device's app store and download the app on your smartphone or tablet!
